Location
Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel is located in a calm neighborhood setting, ideal for work and a short walk to Oxford and Bond streets. The rooms are nice and clean, but access through a long, oddly designed hallway was a downside. The service was top-notch, making our stay a first-class experience from the moment we arrived. The dining, particularly the full English breakfast, was a highlight, although the open layout raised some concerns. The location is fantastic for accessing shopping and dining hotspots in London, and the amenities add to the overall value for money.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff was exceptionally courteous and helpful. The location was perfect for exploring London, with easy access to shops and restaurants. The dining options were very good, and the overall value for money was excellent.
I had a wonderful stay at this well-located West End hotel. The room was extremely well furnished, spacious, and recently renovated, offering a few extra treats. However, the dining service had some slow moments that could be improved.
My stay at the hotel was overall very pleasant. The rooms, although relatively large for London standards, were very comfortable and had everything I needed. However, my room's location at the back made it quite noisy with what seemed like a pub or party nearby. The service was exceptional, with attentive, friendly, and genuine staff who went above and beyond. The location was perfect, surrounded by laid-back neighborhood cafes, bars, and shops, just a few minutes walk from Oxford Street. The dining experience was good but a bit expensive. The facilities were satisfactory, and the value for money was decent.
I arrived before the official check-in time and was pleasantly surprised to be accommodated early at 1:30pm instead of 2pm. While some rooms, particularly the bathrooms, may be a bit small, my stay transitioned at 9:30pm to a refurbished classic room that was very comfortable and well-equipped.
The hotel has a wonderful location, great for sightseeing. The rooms, although a bit outdated, are clean and comfortable overall. The service was exceptional with thoughtful gestures. However, the dining options were limited. A bit pricey but worth it for the location.
The hotel is conveniently located, but the noise from the nearby garbage room on our floor was a bit disruptive. The rooms were cozy with great amenities and very clean, boasting exceptionally comfortable beds. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond in their service. The location was excellent, within walking distance of many attractions and convenient for shopping and transportation. The dining experience was top-notch, offering a wide variety of delicious dishes. The facilities were well-maintained and added to a pleasant stay.
Upon arrival, the hotel impressed me with its warm welcome and attention to detail, including sweet surprises for my toddler's birthday. The rooms, while not very large, were comfortable, especially when opting for the luxury upgrade. The staff's service was impeccable, friendly, and always eager to assist, making my stay truly memorable. The location was charming and conveniently close to the bustling streets of Oxford and Bond Street. Dining offerings were tasty but could benefit from more variety. Overall, a delightful stay with excellent service and a cozy atmosphere.
